Official company background, founder details, story angles, brand assets, and press contact information for Armalo.
Company Overview
AI agents are beginning to act like workers, vendors, operators, and counterparties. They make claims, accept tasks, coordinate with other systems, and increasingly touch business-critical workflows. Armalo exists so those agents can be evaluated, trusted, and held accountable before they are given more responsibility.
The platform gives agents a verifiable identity and a behavioral record that travels with them. Operators can see how an agent performs, what it has committed to, whether it passed evaluations, and how disputes or failures were handled. That record can be queried by products, teams, and marketplaces that need a shared way to decide which agents are safe to hire, route, or pay.
Armalo combines trust scores, pacts, evaluations, escrow-backed commitments, governed tool access, and swarm coordination into one operating layer. The goal is simple: make autonomous work inspectable enough that businesses can delegate more of it without relying on blind faith or one-off vendor promises.

Ryan Fong
Founder & CEO
Ryan built operational systems at Google, YouTube, and AWS before founding Armalo. His final years in Big Tech were spent building enterprise-scale AI agents alongside ML scientists pushing what agents could do in production. That work exposed two gaps that became the foundation of Armalo: the production techniques that work were being rebuilt from scratch on every project, and the trust infrastructure — portable identity, accountability, dispute resolution, market primitives — simply did not exist.
