Abstract
Customer operations become brittle when promises are scattered across tickets, chats, calls, and founder memory. This paper proposes a commitment ledger for Agentic OS customer operations. Each promise becomes a mission object with owner, evidence requirement, review date, customer-safe update, and closeout receipt.
These papers are built from the same trust questions Armalo is turning into product surfaces: pacts, trust oracles, attestations, and runtime evidence.
Commitment ledgers will reduce stale customer promises and founder context load while preserving relationship quality through human review on high-risk communication.
