Tune your WhatsApp agent by talking to it
Your WhatsApp agent can now improve itself — just tell it what you want in plain language.
The new WhatsApp Optimizer is a chat console where you talk to your agent the way you'd brief a teammate: "be warmer and more concise," "only auto-reply between 9 and 6," "add an FAQ about visiting hours," or "what should I change to capture more leads?" The agent reads its own real performance — how many messages came in, how many it answered, how many people are still waiting on a reply, how many leads it generated — and turns your instruction into precise, validated changes to its channel settings and your business profile (brand voice, services, pricing, FAQs, conversion goal). Every change is auditable, and you can click any change to see exactly what was updated.
It also improves on its own. On a schedule you control, the optimizer analyzes its recent performance and proposes concrete, metric-grounded improvements. Safe tweaks are applied automatically (you set the risk ceiling); anything bigger — like turning auto-reply off — waits for your one-tap confirmation. Each cycle it compares the latest numbers against the changes it made last time, so it learns what actually moves the needle before making the next adjustment. It never invents business facts: if it doesn't have a confirmed price or detail, it asks you instead of guessing.
You'll find it under WhatsApp Optimizer in the dashboard sidebar.
